So easy to use. Just lay the ink card gently over the paper card and gently press your pet's paw on top. My dog wouldn't step on it, so I had her lie down, picked up one paw, slid the card to that spot on the floor, and set her paw back down and put a little rocking pressure on it to make sure her whole pad made contact with the ink pad.

This paw print kit is fantastic! I wanted to make a print of my two cats' paws without mess or trauma. LOL! The kit comes with one ink pad and two small pieces of cardstock. THAT is the reason the kit says it makes "2 prints". If you have your own extra paper at home, you can actually make more than 2 prints using the same ink pad. Today I made 5 and might try to do a few more. Unlined index cards worked perfectly for this!
